Ms. Kiara holds an MBA in International Management from Royal Holloway, University of London specialisation in Strategy and Entrepreneurship.
Mr. Marchant has worked as a non-employee FFA FFTA Accountant for more than 10years advising us on the correct accounting policies and enhancing cash flow. Mr Marchant has more than 30 years of experience in the technology, consulting and software industries. He is an advocate of ‘making accounting digital’ that helps in transparency and easy in the performance. Mr Marchant is an experienced Director with a demonstrated history of working in the accounting industry with knowledge of audit and accounting practices specifically in UK and also EU & generally across the globe. He is skilled in advising on Cash Flow, Revenue Recognition, Business Planning, Sales, and Business Development.

Mr. Valov seeks new corporate relationships and leads client engagements within the US. Prior to SHriem, Mr. Valov worked for KRF LLC as a research analyst focusing on industrials, telcos, and consumer discretionary, and for Deutsche Bank as an associate within the bank's Global Prime Finance business assisting Synthetic Equity, Alternative Fund Services, Securities Lending groups with valuation, swap, margin, and corporate action needs. Mr. Valov holds an M.B.A. degree with a specialization in Data Analytics from Florida International University, and a B.S.B.A. in Finance from University of Florida. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black belt and a CFA LIII candidate.
Having worked and researched on Micro Enterprises and helping a few businesses to start from scratch and see through to being flourished enterprises, Mila is now heading the customer relations for Shriem Technologies. Mila is an author of articles about business strategy and microenterprises, M&A Co-Operation and differentiation and competitive advantage and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and has the honour of her work being published in CEJSH (Central European Journal of Social Sciences) and other business publications. Ms Bubiak holds a Masters in Management in Small Businesses Strategy is at the tail of finishing her PHD from Nicolaus Copernicus University, specialising in Human Social Sciences.

Osho heads the Analysis practice within the UK and is an experienced Lead Business Analyst with experience of working in the information technology and the services industry. Having delivered a few projects related to Data, GDPR and Infrastructure Change within the financial services Industry, he has proven his skill set and passion to deliver projects on time ensuring delivery of value. Osho has experience of managing and developing teams and skills on the analysis practice specialising both in IT and Business domains. He also has knowledge of LRM (Legal regulatory and Mandatory) requirements for different industries. He holds a Master of Laws - LLM that is focused in Governance, Risk Management and Compliance from University of Hertfordshire.
Abhinav Matta is the President & Director of Shreedhar Industries; an Indian Manufacturing Enterprise who design and manufacture of steel and alloy products and specialising in automotive parts. The enterprise has a vision to provide cost-effective quality components, specialising in design of two-wheelers, fabrication, forging, painting and testing for two and four wheelers in the industrial sector.
Abhinav is consulted for the manufacturing and engineering operations in India. As the automotive industry adopts more technology based approach, we at Shriem Technologies are committed to lead that transformation which has been initiated in the the auto-industry and ensure that the solutions become cost effective with our Indian collaborations.
